un poco espanol liz....ahhhhhhh and i have a permanent headache...so far the days have included . las nueve y media (930am) training sessions, followed by a quick swim in the playa...home for some comida (which is usually prepared by Roma) except yesterday she left me in charge...with a few instructions in spanish...so i winged it. picking up some new cooking techniques off her and senora...generally alot of garlic, salt and oil...probably not your forte :-) seistas in the arvo which im a totaly fan of.
will keep you posted as to how the language barrier breaks down over the next few weeks.

Dear Sal,
What a great adventure you are having. Just watch out for the "I am really a prince slumming it" stories. You will meet more "princes" than there are religions in India - especially when you get to Europe - so many princes but remember there is only one Sally Shipard and she is peerless and priceless to all those who love her.
Have had my stitches out today - ouch! feeling a pit poked and prodded so off to have a foot up and a nap.
Keep the stories coming.
Love
Elizabeth

Dear Sal
Understanding (just) one religion (and one God) is an impossible task for most so don't be too worried about the confusion - they can't all be right!
