The alarm went off at 4am and we were up and ready to leave for 4.30. Even though it was freezing I wore as little as possible as I knew it'd be warm as soon as the sun came up. I woke up at about 8am with a bit of a sore head after the previous night. The weather was pretty s***ty, grey, cold and drizzly. We had breakfast and then had the choice to walk or grab a bus to the next checkpoint. Due to the weather, my head ache and the fact the walk was just along the same road that the bus would take we opted for the bus ride.
