Tomoko came to visit from Japan so more sight-seeing for me, including a few more film locations - London's full of them! We saw Othello at The Globe Theatre, which was a fantastic experience. Eamonn Walker as Othello and Tim McInnerny as Iago - I was right next to the stage and sometimes centimetres away from the actors!

My Shaun of the Dead pilgrimage round London! Joined by Andy afterwards in the Three Compasses, Hornsey. The photos will mean nothing if you haven't seen the film so go and watch it. Best zom-rom-com ever.
Yuki, a student from Okayama, came down to London from York, where she is studying English. She decided not to spend £22 on a sight-seeing bus tour, but instead settled for the £3.50 bus pass with me as her guide! We visited London's most famous landmarks, and were fortunate enough to come across a few rarer sights such as a group of punks, changing of the guards at Horseguards Parade (see videos) and some graffiti by Banksy!...
I got free tickets to see/hear the recording of a Dead Ringers Radio 4 show so Andy and I went along to Drill Hall, off Goodge Street. They kept us waiting a long time and finally the recording started nearly an hour late, but it was worth it as it was very funny and I think Jon Culshaw is great! The show was a special about Tony Blair's 10 years in office so I didn't get a lot of the political jokes or the ones about Noel Edmunds' Deal or...
