Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and the second largest city in Spain, after Madrid . There is so many choices in Barcelona for accommodation e.g. Barcelona hotels for the family, apartments for rent, holiday houses and villas in the outskirts of town or maybe even in town, hostels .
There will be a ban on bullfighting in Barcelona from January 1, 2012. Though there will no doubt be a rush of people wanting to see a fight there before the ban comes into effect.

There is a infant zoo where children can be introduced to various animals.A train runs round the park or you can hire an electric buggy if you wish.Barcelona Zoo is a nice place to spend an afternoon, even a winter one. Big, with a wide range of animals, it covers most of the main groups that you expect to see in a zoo - from reptiles and birds through apes, monkeys, deer, tigers and lions, hippos, elephants to a small dolphin .The main attraction for kids is the pony ride.
La Rambla : The RAMBLA is, of course, the best known landmark of Barcelona . This old city is one of the nicest and most romantic place of Europe. Its small streets, shops, the air you breathe, everything invites you to wander around.
Strolling down the Rambla, on your right is the Barri del Raval , formerly known as the "barrio chino", the red-light district of the city. In the Raval you will find many small restaurants and night bars where you can spend a very pleasant evening.

Barcelona has a very good night life, simply because there are lots of foreigners, students, and tourists. You can find every kind of night club you are looking for.

Barcelona Bars are open until 2 to 3am, some of late licensed bars are usually stay open until the metro starts running again at 5am can also be found.
Being a Spanish city, Barcelona is rich in culture. There are many things that you can do during day time and at visit a night club . so you must visit Barcelona to enjoy day as well night life.
