saaaags Hi Rose! My flight to Fiji is from Aukland. Unfortunately ive only just seen this and i didn't get to see the penguins :( I'm with a bus with a pretty set route so not sure if I'd have been able to... Didn't realise how much time I spent in the S island and now only got about 5 days to bomb around the north! Just come back from the bay of islands and tomorrow I head to Raglan. This lack of time to see places only gives me a valid excuse to come back again ;) hehe xx

Try and get to see the penguins on the Otago penin ...http://www.otago-peninsula.co.nz/...ou may be able to fit that in on the way back to Christchurch ... guessing you getting flight to Fiji from there.
