This morning we headed off with Colombia Rafting expeditions. Sharing the buoyant bright blue boat with fellow travellers from France and Italy we headed down a local river with grade 3 rapids. All our photos are on the go pro so this is a stolen pic to get an idea. The young female instructor was very enthusiastic, encouraging us all into the water to float through some rapids and pushed Sophie in twice! Lucky it was a stunning morning for it :)

We sat and enjoyed the sunshine and the view for a while before heading back to try and get a bus back to town. While we were bus...
Woke up in our lovely hotel in Bogota and had breakfast prepared for us and then headed to the bus station to start the 8 hour journey to San Gil. Possibly the bumpiest bus journey ever, the drivers out here seem to have a death wish on the windy roads overtaking each other and hoping there's nothing coming! Every time the bus stopped different vendors jumped on trying to sell you different things but luckily if you just said no or ignored them then they left you...
