My Panama trip is unfortunately almost over and I will be spending my sixth day exploring the island of Coiba. Being Central America's largest island it is also on of its largest tourist attractions. We went boating off of Panama's pacific coast to Coiba which is surrounded by a large coral reef making it home to hundreds of beautiful marine creatures. On the way there, we saw so much marine life through the crystal clear water swimming among the outstanding coral reefs. There were abundant animals to see including monkeys, birds, dolphins, whales, sharks, sea turtles, sting rays, and giant schools of fish. While walking around I noticed many programs and activities available on the island perfect for children such as snorkeling, diving, fishing, and hiking.
