Ok let me explain about a little thing called "Schoolies Week" in Oz its when all the Oz school kids (about 17rs old) finish for the summer after there exams...they all go to Surfers Paradise and Byron Bay..it was rammed! i mean proper rammed!!! we had to stay in a motel because it was so busy!! Surfers paradise really has a fitting name, the place is wicked!! aimed at the young surfer kids and really a party town! we went on a pub crawl with 200 people and ended up getting in at 7am!! it was crazy! pls see the photos of us on one of the party buses!! we thought we lost sehs bag, but trunt out we left it in the taxi!! so rather relieved the next day!! we stayed in surfers for a few nights and drank the town dry!! then went down to byron, this place was probably better surf and seh and i rented a board and went out for a couple of hours and ended up catching a few waves!! was a really nice day and then to top it off went for a few lengths as our fitness seemed to have dropped dramatically from all the drinking!!! Met up with Emily and Beef and went for a few drinks with them after Chef Nightingale cooked a lovely BBQ for the gang. Cobb1 im so gonna let you taste some quality Kangaroo meat when u come over!! its really tasty! WE didnt spend enough time here so will be popping back with Barne and Cobb1 in Jan we think for a weekend orso. Really lovely places. You really cant beat Oz for Beaches and Surf..its the best place in the world and im soooooo tempted to get sponsorship and move!! just need to find a hot surfer girl!! everyone we meet seems to be british!! noone else gets my abrupt sene of humour! anyway peeps must dash Love Rusty and Bubba xxx
