So...i'm in New York! Actually i'm staying in Mamaroneck, which is about 35 minutes (on the train) outside of the city, but whatever. it's my second to last night in Providence (it's tuesday today and i leave on thursday) and guess what........? IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!! it's been snowing for about the last 3 and a half hours and it's still going! there must be about 3-4 inches by now! the weather people were right - they said there was gonna be a snowstorm...everyone was like...nah! haha... i love it...i'm gonna go out and play in the snow tomorrow. Yesterday i went to Boston for the day which was fantastic! As soon as i stepped off the train it was snowing...and i mean really snowing, so at first it was a bit disorientating but i soon got the hang of it all and went off exploring this new city! It was nice to get out of Providence for a while and see some new things - i went EVERYWHERE! well, i went as far as i could and saw as much i could see in the short space of about 6 hours which was all i had before...

so today we went down to Newport (about a half an hour drive south of Providence) and went on a really nice walk along the coast - it was such a nice day today too, really sunny and warm! and cos there was a storm last night the waves were great, so there were loads of surfers out in the sea, who we watched while we ate lunch! i'll put the photos up tomorrow...too tired to do it now - we walked for like 4 hours! miss you all xx

so...i went shopping! to Providence Place (which is the 'mall') - it is HUGE! like ridiculously big! basically three floors of solid shops - and really good shops too...Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters, etc etc. i bought two really lush hoodies from Abercrombie; all warm and soft and snuggly! and so cheap too - everything is like half price, i love it!
