We travelled to Paris one more time before we headed home to the states. We went to see Jim Morrison's grave, shopped at Monmartre, and visited the Eiffel Tower again. And we also went to Disneyland Paris!!! It was so, so much fun! The rides were similar, yet different from the Disneyland in California, so it was a good experience. I definitely wouldn't mind going back ;) Our last day in Europe was basically spent waiting in the airport for our delayed plane...

We arrived in Germany just in time for Oktoberfest! It wasn't quite what I imagined, but it was definitely awesome :) At the time, I wasn't a fan of beer...but I drank a liter anyways! Did you know that they only come in liters...? The rides were fun, yet pretty scary since they don't really have high safety standards over there hehe. But omg...the sausages were to die for! And the pretzels! And the chocolate covered fruit! Munich definitely agreed with me :P

Venice is quite possibly the most beautiful place I've ever been. I'm sure I could explore all the streets and canals for days! At one point, a rain and thunderstorm rolled in, and it was just POURING into the canals. It was so beautiful! I was just standing there, staring, when a guy came up to me and actually said "Ciao bella" haha :P Maybe next time I go, I'll actually be able to ride a gondola!

When in Florence, we decided to take the hour and a half train ride over to Pisa! The leaning tower was awesome to see in person! It was actually leaning more than one would expect. They let people climb to the top for something like 15 euro, but that was waaay too expensive. It would have been fun though!

We briefly saw Il Duomo and *just* missed the statue of David (boo), but we did have some delicious food and walked over to the Ponte Vecchio. There were all these little padlocks with names written in sharpie on them locked to anywhere and everywhere they could be locked on the bridge. I found out later that it's kind of a tradition...lovers will bring a lock to the bridge, write their names on it, lock it to something, and toss the key into the Arno river to sy...
