Vegas Baby! Well we have made it half way across the USA. After a long day yesterday, we were on our way at 900 oclock this morning. Enroute to Beaver, Utah. We had to deal with daylight savings time today, which meant that we had to get up an hour earlier. This was difficult for some. Tracy and Viv volunteered to go to Starbucks to pick up coffee before our 8 oclock start out of Dillon. We made it to USA! Everybody was ready to go for a 8:00 departure from Lethbridge, we traveled south in a clear prairie morning. No snow here. Arrived at the border with an optimistic attitude hoping for a quick clearance. Five of the trucks came away with the glorious green card to leave, but one truck got a red card and had to go for a short visit- they were done in 10 minutes and we were on our way. Rotary to Mexico 2012 is now on the way! The Grande Prairie contingent was sent off from Tim Horton's bright and early at 6:00. The Edson crew had a coffee social at Mojos before departing at 8:00.
