Hello lovelys!!!

(Rosie would like it know that it is Sinead writing this because apparently my spelling shames her)

This is our New Zealand blog to date!
Umm i shall just start with what you all need to know ... WE LOVE NEW ZEALAND!!!
It is actually the best place in the world ever ever ever!

So we started in Auckland and we were in a lovely hostel run by Selma (whos a babe!) it was so lovely! We hit the local markets and cruised the town (which is the biggest in NZ but is tiny really :) On St Patricks day we went to the harbour for the night and that was good, lots of Irish music and wahrt not, but the best part of this was Rosie's ability to down a pint of Stout, it was magic! Then on our last day here we hit Waiheke (that is definatly not how you spell that but alas!) which is a really pretty island off of Auckland and we hit the beach for the day which was lovely and sunny! Before we headed off :D

Then we flew into Wellington (which was a tad scary becasue we couldnt see the runway at any stage and i was convinced that we were going to land in the sea!) We meet Jo and Ann here (my Great Aunt and Uncle) and then wnt back to theirs! I loved Wellingotn it was really nice, we got into Bowls (again i dont know how to spell that the game with the grass and the balls!) and Rosie rediscovered a love for all things Irish Dance! The next day we went out with Ann and she drove us around the nice places to see (much better than us trying to get there oursleves!) and then we wnt to the local shopping mall. Then we wnt Te Papa which is the museum (after we fot slightly mislead trying to find the cable car!) which was fun and we wnt on a weird 3-d ride thing of NZ. Next we had a lovely day in Martinborough and sampled some vineyard and wine tasting with Emma, Shibohan, Gill & Ashlin (ooohhh sorry like to evryone else who isnt relatted to me so you wnt know who these ppl r!) which was good fun , well it was bound to be when the main activity of the dayis wine drinking (hahaha we are wayyy too sophisticated for our own good!) before going on a nice trip to the loacl rugby bar (after the game had finished because we were obvs more interested in the alcohol than the game!) to blend in with the Kiwis (who actually do love all things wine and all things rugby!) On our last day we hit the town and eventually the Cble car with Gill and Ashlin (my cousins) and we wnt to the gardens (in a vain attempt to find the coffeee shop which did actually not exist!) before going to Fiona and Connors for lunch (other cousins aaahhh i relaise that only my Mum/ Lois will understand this blog but at least someone will eh?) before Jo and Ann took us to the aiport! Actually that was a funny story in itself, Rosie didnt shut her door properly and JO started reversing and Rosies door actually smashed against the wall of their house bending the door so that the car looked like it had a wing! it was awfuyl and all i did was giggle (cause its what i do best!) soooo funny and they were like dont worry Anns brothers a car wrecker! he'll sort it out, was actyually the funniest yet worst moment of our travels to date, so in the end we had to get another car to the airport becasue Rosie had in effect written off thier first one! :D

Anyways after Wellington we flew down to the south island to go to Christchurch :D Here we meet moreof my relatives in the form of Bridie and Dennis! Christchurch is posibly more English than England! Its really pretty and theres a tram and a Cathedral and a Rutherford museum (thats really just for the benefit of Miss Attwaters and Miss Yeomans!) et.. we spent the first day hitting the town and we wnt into the Cathedral, the gardens, the coffee shops ... (all the necessities) And then the second day we did the same all over again in the afternoon having decided to stay with Dennis and Bridie in the morning and we did relative rounds in the evening which was fun!

Anyways then we got the bus down to Queenstown! QUEENSTOWN IS THE BESTEST PLACE EVER! Tis actually amazing!!! The bus down was really pretty and we passed where LOTR was filmed and it was all really nice and picturesque! Its really hard to escribe but basically you all should come here ebcasue NZ is just stunningly pretty everywhere you seem to go its amazing! And then when we got there we stayed in a nice little backpackers (although it did have a bunk bed which was impossible to climb!) Anywaysss enough chatting the best day ever was the Bubgy and Rapid day! YES WE DID DO A BUNGY BECASUE WE ARE COOL LIKE THAT! Aaaahhh twas amazingggg, I serioulsy thought it was the best thing ever ever ever! And Rosie loved it too! then qwe wnt off rapid rafting in grade 5 water (which i'm told is impressive!) and tbh thats the bestest day ever ever and to clebrate we wnt drinking in Queenstown for the night (which is soooo cheap :D) and its then that Rosie decided to begin her own rafting school (just to prewarn everyone) The next day we wnt on a cruise of the lake and saw lovely views of the bestwest place ever!

After Queenstown we hit the bus to Franz JOsef! This was a nice bus ride as well (tbh they all are because NZ is the prettiest place in the universe!) Here is a really small village but its not too far away from the Glaciers of the West coast! Its surreal its actually like a giant ice hill with a snow top in the middle of a foresty place, but really nice , i've never seen anything like it! We took a nice tour up to it and had a look around the bottom which was good :) Ooooohhh the hostel here had a sauna!

Anywasy now we're in Nelson and so far soo good!
I appreciate that this isnt the bestest blog, but its a lot to cover okayyy!
