Adam: Went to the match on Saturday. Sell out crowd, great atmosphere and to round it off, a win! Bit scary first 20 minutes as we were overran by their pace and then they scored (soft goal), but once we settled down, we gradually took over. However we went in at half time a goal down.

Half time: Mighty West Ham 0 Blackburn Rovers 1

Different team second half: equalised straight away through young Teddy Sherringham! Then Reo-Coker blasted one into the top right hand corner followed by simple tap in by Matty Ethrington. Blackburn fell to pieces had Dikov sent off (he'd just come on a sub!). Savage was his usual wind up; horrible bloke.

Final Score: Mighty West Ham 3 Blackburn Rovers 1

By the way, tell Paul Tottenham had an unexciting 2-0 win against the Pompey.

Hi all, Thanks to everyone who sent me a card/email/message for my birthday! I had a good day, went to the beach during the day then back for a chinese and out on the piss around Bundaberg! A few people came out but didnt stay too late as they all had to get up early for work! Me Paul and Al made the most of it anyway and ended up taking over the karoke in one of the bars in town! I must say thank you to two girls in our hostel, Larna and Becky, who kindly woke me up at 530am (unfortunatly not by giving me a nudge, but bangin on the door!!!!) singing happy birthday and giving me a birthday cake!
Im glad you are enjoying the message board Peter and you were totally right about the "delightful" whale watching photos. I will have to try and get the girls to send me some photos to make it a bit more interesting (You have my email adress Alana/Aisling/Rosie/Jen!!!).

To the four fantastic looking Irish girls: I'm sure the whale watching was exciting for you all but 40 odd photos of the sea (with the odd whale thrown in) did get a little repetititive! I just thought some bikini clad beauties would make more interesting viewing and brighten up one old mans sad existence! Pathetic, eh?

I hope you girls are looking after my two little nephews. As I'm sure you have noticed, they are both a little shy and awkward so please be gentle with them.

Hi Adam, this message is really for Uncle Pete! We are just as surprised as you about the Whale watching photo's, you would never guess by the snaps that 4 fantastic Irish girls went whale watching with the lads too, but sorry no bikini's, too cold!

Just taken a look at the photos and looks like you both are having a good time (lucky devils). The whale watching ones were particularly delightful! Bit of advice; to many scenic pictures and not enough of fine looking women (preferably in bikinis)! Get it sorted!

Liked the beard. Always a handy survival tool when backpacking especially when you're to broke to buy any food. Your'e always bound to find the leftovers of a half eaten kebab or burger in there!

Also impressed with Paul's highlights. I assume he is getting ready for the Gay Parade in Sydney early 2006 (I only know this from my homosexual contacts here!).
