Cycled 37 MILES today. Sooooo happy and proud we did it. Didn't realise when we booked it how long it actually was. And all Laos roads are hills hills and more hills. Stopped off at a little remote village which was really nice, such a simple way of life. Then finally arrived at the waterfall after 3 hours of cycling. It was so beautiful, the nicest iv seen yet. They had a rope swing so that's the first thing I did, so much fun. Wanted to jump of the waterfall but couldn't see if there were any rocks, and don't fancy a broken leg. And they had Asian bears which were soooo cute, one was chilling in a hammock. We contemplated getting a tuk tuk back with the bikes from nearly dying from exhaustion on the way there, but I said no, and we made it :) although some nice men gave us a lift to the top of a massive steep hill which would of taken us at least an hour to get up. And we passed our tour guide on the way up haha. Not looking forward to tomorrow as won't be able to walk. But well worth it :))
