Hello! So here are the things i've done pretty much since i came to Sydney on Wednesday... Wednesday evening... Arrived at Palms Hostel in King's cross (mmmmm classy). Kings cross is basically the red light district of Sydney so the usual hookers and drugs are readily avalable....luckily our hostel is pretty nice and the people here are kool - just like student house really. So i arrive...went to wooleys for some munch and slept forever (after watching a film)!!! Mullins bought a 2 litre tub of ice-creams proceeded to endure the ice-cream challenge to eat it all in 1 hour...he failed Thursday... Slept til god knows when and awoke to a free breakfast (oh yes everyday)... Went shopping in bondai junction and looked around the market. Thursday evening we went out in City centre for seans birthday - weent to a couple of bars - one of them included a game of rock, paper, sciossors with the barman after each drinks order to determine whether you paid or not!!!... it was fixed .... ended up in a drunken state in Sidebar. Friday... went for a 9km walk along the coast from coogee bay (or beach i dunno) to Bondi beach... what a killer - really nice though - some kool caves with aboriginal paintings in it. Played cricket on the beach til it got dark and then went for a few drinks in world bar. Later that night we managed to get on the guest list and blag our way into a VIP fashion afterparty! oh yussss! free drinks - top drawer effort... Saturday... Went shopping in city centre on my own looking for a camera (god dammit i forgot to bring one) no luck however. Contemplated going up the massive tower thing....too expensive though...! My dinner tonight cost me $2 (just under 1 quid!) Sunday... Food and wine festival in kings cross.. promised a lot....delivered pretty much b***** all so we went to Paddy's market in china town! Awesome - so hectice and pretty cheap as well... having a feast tonight...Amey comes in 17 hours and can hardly wait...as of monday (tomorrow) i will be staying in Wake Up! hostel in the city centre...
