well PA held strong and true to lots of rocks and lack of water....it was a hot hike,but made it ok,just had to carry lots of water,which makes the pack alot heavier..OUCH!! Warren Doyle is on the trail,he has hiked the AT 16 times,he is an amazing gentleman,he is 60 years old
bear count 6 for trinket,9 for q-tip,2 timber rattlers...eekkk!!!
we are at mile 1360,the weather has been a little rainy,but it cools things off,went to the southern most glacial pond on the AT its called sunfish pound,we have seen beautiful sunsets,and sunrises
i hope we can take the train into NY to get pics in time square with our packs on...we are so close the city
