I've had an unfortunate schmelting accident!! Hello to everyone from the land of wooden shoes and the best Austin Powers villian ever!! I haven't been emailing yet because my email has decided to go caput so i'm sorry if i haven't responded to any of yours yet..sooooo in a nutshell all is well, met most of the crew, the other stews haven't arrived yet..the skipper is a spit of David Brent, I s*** you not, I'll get a pic when its more approriate to get pics of people you don't know! hahaha I'm living in a really lush apartment with the italian engineer called Claudio! he's lovely but we don't understand eachother! I'm basically cleaning the inside of the boat, working a 9 hour day, going to the gym with the head stew, all food is cooked for me, so its hard work but good. I'll try give u all more when my mail is up and running. Hope you're all ok, Sal - not long to go now eh? Pol - i managed to get your email, hope you and jonny are well, really miss u - Rach I was a coomplete mess after speaking to you, i was sobbing all through baggage check! Temples full of rats, over-night trains with no air conditioning, dehli-belly, getting covered in coloured powder thats probably made from all kinds of weird dead stuff, gaining admirers who totally lack any taste in the gift-giving department, fleeing your hotel to escape the cockroaches, frequent power cuts, not being able to have ice in your drink even though you're boiling hot... Sounds like you're having a great time sis!!!
On the other hand... not having to get up for work on a saturday morning, not getting bank statements in the post, not having to worry about recharging your mobile phone every 6 minutes, no need to fret about 'if' you'll get a tan, no need to zoom around in your lunch break trying to do 101 things, not having to put on an extra jumper, hat, scarf and gloves just to get out of bed, not spending hours trying to decide what to wear...
Maybe its not such a bad life!!!

Hello girlies and jonny, how are we all? How quick has your time in india gone!!!! You're going to love Singapore i've only actually been in the airport but you have to go upstairs to the smoking bit just to feel the heat up there and the view is pretty impressive too!! the airport is lush too loads of marble and pretty ladies and you have to find the singing man, he's about 50 and entertains delayed passengers ask him if he remembers me my mum and sis we made him sing to us for hours (hes especially good at love, love me do hilarious) anyhoo about the exciting job, well ladies (and Jonny) I'm off to do a bit of travelling my self as ive just landed a job with Thomson as a Holiday Rep, so im very excited not sure where im going yet but my course starts on the 2nd april so we're all off doing exciting things!!! hope the bellys get better soon and have fun on that train sounds just lovely.

Just wanted to have a practise at this site - it's so good. Sal is very excited and nervous - she keeps having nightmares about forgetting her passport. Better than trapdoor spiders I suppose. Helloooo people! Ok firstly, Sal and sister you are FREAKIN ME OUT HERE! There'll be none of that sibling swapping thank you as I am indeed returning. We are nearing the end of our "getting driven around everywhere chapter" and will soon be left to go it alone. How will we cope!!!
