We had a great weekend, things are starting to open up again, it's back to school this week and crossing our fingers this covid19 is staying away. Saturday meant haircuts for the boys, a little shopping and dinner out in Christie's beach to watch the sunset. Yummy Thai food! Mothers day began with some brekkie in bed and a hike near the Waitpinga (why-ping-ga) cliffs. All in all a good time for all ❤

There are lots of spots for us to explore in which we can still meet those social distancing needs! That's what will be on the program for the next few weeks....stay tuned.
So I need to address this for posterity sake, although not totally sure where to begin. This is a year that no one is going to forget. We've watched in awe as what seemed to be an "other" problem, one unlikely to impact us to wham! It is here with a vengeance. It seemed Canada reacted much more quickly than here in Australia with school closures, stores closing, borders closing and the insanity just seems to continue. It was such a shock to see schools back home ...
