Joe Howdy folks! JUst a quick msg to let you know what we're up2! we're now in our last week at the thai boxing camp and its been bloody awesome! forgot how nice it was to feel fit, and not be crippled after a 100yd jog. ha no alls well! going to krabi next tues to get our visa restamped then heading up to koh paghan to go to the world famous full moon party on the 6th n 7th o dec! then we're heading across the islands for a couple o weeks after tht, jus chilling out and topping our tans up! it all sounds like hard work - but trust me, we're just about managing ;-) speak soon!

I'm gonna be in Thailand on Thursday, Sydney's eating me up alive and I need to get out... best option is to leave now and enjoy myself there, hopefully bump into Joe and Rich but should be meeting up with Tim at some point. muay thai did our first training session this morning. it hurt! we can safely say we have never sweat so much. was great though at the same time. there are some hard guys there. the 2005 muay thai world champ is the head trainer n 4 of the other trainers are muay thai national champions in their weight categories. we have unbelievable respect for them and we certainly wouldnt piss em off! I can now kick abit higher than 2 feet off the floor. its alright for joe he can bend like a woman he can rap his legs round his head n stuff. we havent had a beer for 4days thats the first time we can say that since we were 14. n were drinkin alot of water, thats the first time i have ever said that. over and out. Joe n Rich Just a quick message to let you guys know what we're upto!! We booked a 15hours over night bus journey to Phucket! Starting the Muay Thai camp on the 10th and going to be doing it for about 3-4 weeks b4 we go to Koh phangnan for the full moon party on the 3rd of dec! Just met back up with Emma n Nikki yest, and went to see a Ping Pong show at Patpong! Wasnt allowed to take cameras in! It was probably a good thing, coz it was sick to say the least! Good fun though! Anyways we'll keep you updated with the pics as we get them from our boxing and we'll see you guys soon! Joe n Rich
