THANK YOU!!!!! :D Glad you're all enjoying it! Having a really good time so far. The snow and ice and landscape is amazing! I'll probably blog again tomorrow.
Emma: ahh, thank you!! I don't think they do 'writing' degrees, it'll have to be a sideline, or not :P. this place sounds good and tell Kirsty not to worry about goat, I've had it and it's yummy!!

Hello trouble, here we go again! Between you and Anna and Tom I think the STA travel blog site is going to have to become my most visited!!!! Just to keep track of all you happy wonderers! I hope you have a good time, sure you will. Love reading your blogs there like story's! Why a vet! You should write! Although you could be the up and comming James Herriot.
I liked the Yorkshire Tea picture, it made me laugh and the Fish & Chips! Fresh cut fries...they have no idea!!!! Hehe. Sorry Anna. Never mind London Richard, think Anna needs to experience Yorkshire!!
Hehe, told Kirsty about the Neapolise resturaunt, she is concerned about the prospect of goat!!!! Lol. Love it!
Have fun, love you

Know what's funny? On the 26th of August you said, "I'll write again tomorrow". :)
(just doing my job reminding you to finish this! :) )
Richard
I thought I must be quite lucky, yes. The scary thing is the best is yet to come! It's been great but it'll all be coming to an end shortly. :(
Richard
Hi! I don't know, I hope you haven't moved into my room too! You will have to come AGAIN when I get back so I can make you more jealous.
Anna
Oh my goodness, you are the luckiest person in the world!! And the best part is that I think you realize that. :) Wow, it just gets better and better, doesn't it?
Claire And Phil B

Just one more thing, because I got to thinking about your boundaries/national character thesis (in no small part because I've thought about it before, oddly enough). And I think you're right, so I thought maybe you'd like two other examples: the States has fences (etc.) EVERYWHERE, along with the basic idea, 'you step on my land and I'll shoot you', which would seem to be tied to the ideas toward private property and individualism that are such a part of the American psyche, whereas in socialistic, liberal Sweden you have a right to walk on ANYONE'S land, as long as you're respectful. Food for thought indeed, eh?
Anna
I need to stop reading these, they make me want to go SO BAD!! Wow, the eucalyptus mountains and the kookaburas and just everything, just wow. Except the whole world youth day thing, I remember seeing that and wondering if you'd get sucked into that... At least you got some blessings out of it! Maybe that's what kept you from getting murdered at the Diner of Death, haha. :) That's awesome you could post this BEFORE Sydney, who would have thought Alice Springs had Internet? Can't wait to hear about where you are now!!!
