Today we woke up and had breakfast and got ready for a big day of driving we were driving for about 7 hours, with breaks of course. We eventually reached Alice springs and it was lunch time so we had a look around the shops because we had a bit of free time to buy lunch and have a look around. I went with Abbey and her dad. Abbey bought some pants and then we had McDonalds for lunch but I gave my chips to Abbey and her dad because I made the mistake of buying a large meal forgetting that Maddy wasn't there to eat my food :) then we went to the shops and I bought carrots and when we met up with everyone they had bought bags of junk food and I had bought carrots. Then we quickly went to the looj out over town. Then we had a tour around some old houses from history where they kept some of the stolen generation. We had a tour guide named Alec and he was a amazing he was part of the group that lived tgere and told us amazing stories of what it was like and he believed that the stolen generation helped him out. We eventually came to the school we were staying at and got all our stuff out and we got free time for the rest of the night ( and dinner ) . When I had free time I played my bass and composed a piece you could say. Then at night vefore bed I got told Caitlins life story which made me feel that we are now closer and we then went to bed.
