Look into what your school ofrfes for study abroad options, but if you're not pleased with that I recommend looking into IES.I went to Barcelona with their internship program. You can live with a family, work in an all Spanish environment, and take classes in Spanish. Look it up at: www.ies.orgThere are several companies similar to IES that offer all types of flexible options. You can also look into what other universities in the U.S. offer. You don't always have to attend the school officially to go on their programs. Look into it and good luck!
