Well venice..so much hype what were to expect?!! It's a pretty unique spot and definitely like no where else we have been! We just strolled the streets and took it all in for most of our day there, pretty tough spending a day there and not spending any money but we did a pretty good job - filled up on cheap ol' calzones and good gelato icecream!! Our campground was on the mainland and a 25 min boat ride from Venice, kinda random but obviously much more affordable! Had the luxury of a cabin to ourselves, but we were stoked the weather in Italy was so much warmer than than in Germany & Slovenia!!
