WELL the countdown has finally reached 0 days and so many hours. today we flew out with emirates. their planes are cumfy although when i got on i thought the business class seats were economy and got oober excited and dissappointed when i actually saw economys. the plane ride took forever. 14 hours of sitting down. thank god they give you special socks because my feet were starting to swell within an hour or two in the plane. the entertainment was good they had recent movies and old ones. although they didnt interest me at all. the food on the plane was so so so yumm! they give you so much food and its just so amazing.

After the long flight we touched down in dubai. at 41 degres celcius i was pre excited after the non stop rain in sydney. Dubai airport is undescribable they have a shuttle to take you from the plane to the airport and once u get inside the airport there is a gigantic waterfall and it is MASSIVE. after waiting to get through security which took an hour and a half -.- we got in our private shuttle to our hotel. we were unsure if we had to tip or not so we didnt tip the driver. when we got to the hotel wwhich was the four points by sheraton downtown dubai it was hot and our room was so cold and nice. the hotel in my opinion was about a 8/10 they had free wifi which me and nathan abused for hours on end we didnt even bother going out we were just on wifi the whole time.

The next day we caught the free shuttle to the dubai mall. if you cant get to the mall of the emirates then go to the dubai mall. it is unbelievable. again they have a ginormous waterfall in it every top designer in the world, dior, gucci to name a few.the also have an aquarium in it which is huge. with sharks and stingrays and fish. we were there for 5 hours just window shopping and didnt see everything. you get an amazing view o the burj kahlifa which is only abouut 15 mins walk up the road that building is amazing and so so tall its amazing how they have built it. the we went past all the mosks and they must have been doing their prayers because all you can hear was a guy speaking in arabic over the loud speakers in the streets. i also got winked at by a guy on a motorbike ;) he was kinda cute. tonight we stayed in the hotel and went to the pub. the soccer was on and the atmosphere in there was just fun.

early the next morning we left at 4am for the airport and hoped on a plane for london. dubai was amazing an would go again in no time. next LONDON
