Las Vegas (2 days)

Well what can I say...Glitzy and way over the top... We had a good night the limo was good fun and what surprised us the most was that you can drink anywhere in vegas and they dont even care where the drinks were bought... what a difference from the previous night.

The electric light show was amazing and we were all stood in the middle of the square watching it all and dancing our socks off to queen, we were part of the entertainment I am sure. No dont stop me now though, lol.

Each area was fab, new york, the bellagio, le paris lots of photos taken... kim and craig I think that you would like it :)

Sank a few coins in the slots and had a couple of roulette bets..... But as they say the rest is for us to know................. as what happens in vegas stays in vegas....

Grand Canyon

OMG what a difference from the past couple of days, firstly we swapped the rain back to snow.. The amount of space and the size of the canyon was AMAZING.. and we only saw a small part of it.. didint realise that it is a drive from the north to the south ridge. We also watched a IMAX film at the move theatre about it and that was incredible gave us another perspective on the scale and beauty of the site.

After such a incredible day and it really was Joey out camp leader said that the hostel we were going to "wasnt great" that was a under statement... doubled with the fact that it was extreme sub zero temperatures in williams... the only reason that made it ok was the fact that we ate in a place that did the most amazing pies and it reminded me of the chick flick that had good american pies...still cant remember the name of it?!? The bar that we went to that night was one of the only route 66 towns left and we did have a ball... I was the pool shark and didnt lose all night and adam met a fellow yid in the mens restrooms... dont know what he does in there but always has a story to tell. :-/

The night was one of the coldest ever in record of Laura and Adam history couped with the fact that the toilets were outside and far away, no electricty for most of the night... not a night to be repeated... lets just say we wont be booking into hostels like that through our choice... They say life is full of new experiences good job that the day and eveving in te bar made up for it .....
