Skiing is a hole nother complex I added to my life. To be honest with you, in all my list of things I want to do. Skiing wasn't one of them so I was not mentally prepared for the fall I was about to endure!
Haha it was hilarious I can't remember EVER being that nervous in my life!
My plams were sweaty, knees shaking, heart rate pulsing.
The minute I saw the mountains. I knew it was out of my comfort zone. I'm not afraid of heights at all. I don't remember ever being that scared sky diving 15,000ft from a flipping aeroplane. But something seriously started tripping Iny brain with sking.
Probably one of the most memorable thing I tried. And when they say...
"Do something everyday that scares you to feel alive"
I think it's defiantly true. All them anxious nervous emotions i don't think iv ever felt before. So it's good. I learnt a lot.
Most of all was to - not sit on the ski pull cause it will drag u up that mountain whether you scream or not!!
And also, I learnt that I cannot do everything :)
