You have not seen funny and bizarre until you have seen the changing of the guards at the Parliament building in Athens. For one, they are wearing skirts, a puff ball on their shoe, and a long braid of some sort on their hat. And then they "march" around (i.e. lift one foot as high as they can as slow as they can) .
