Mad place, and it just got worse.. Fancy dress, us blokes dressed as women, the girls dressed in bin liners! Apart from that, checked out the beach and the lake here.. But basically in the middle of nowhere!

Nelson is lovely. In a nice hostel, which serves roast dinners so its been the order for the last few days.. Even get desert, eating far to well!! Apart from the eating, we've been out on a nice kayaking day in the Abel Tasman National Park and chilled on beaches. All good here in the south island, the ferry crossing was alright too!

Wellington, Capital City! Nothing much exciting here, and its raining.. The weather has been so good, but it sucks here. Only stopping a couple of nights before heading over to the south island.

River Valley, New Zealand

Nothing much here.. Just a river and a lodge. Quick stop for a bit more adventure after the relaxing of the east coast. River Valley is great for white water rafting, so having another go at it here. Great fun, grade 5 rapids. And the lodge is good, roast dinners and all!
