So I am just about to head north to Darwin after a sad day today as Tina returned home :( We've had a wiked time and now I am all by myself.
We've done loads in Sydney like a sightseing tour bus, seen the opera house, walked over the harbour bridge and went to Taronga zoo (where I got to see a koala and kangaroo for the first time).
On Thursday we went on a day trip to the Blue Mountains and the scenery was fantastic. We also stopped at Featherdale Wildlife park and saw more cute animals like wombats and tassie devils and got really close to kangaroos. At the blue mountains we saw the three sisters and went to Scenic world where we had a ride on the world's steepest railway and a cablecar with a glass bottom.
We've also been to Darling Harbour and the aquarium where I saw Sharks and Dugongs and roamed all around the city. Oh we also went out for hpt chocolate in the Guillian cafe in Circular Quay by the Opera House which was delicious.
As the weather was nice, when we arrived in Coogee we walked from Coogee beach to Bondi Beach which was so long, but worth it. We cheated on the way back and took the bus lol. We were planning to sit on the beach all day the next day but it got a bit cloudy and windy so we ended up taking buses to random places just to have a look around.
I really love this city and can't wait to come back in a few weeks to explore the bits I haven't seen yet (but I'm not sure what at the moment).
Talk soon xx
