Frasr island is the largest sand island in the world and a must do on the backpacker trail. I left Brisbane at half 6 on Monday 2nd November. On the road again. I travelled through the glass house mountains a beautiful mountain range that is sacred to Aboriginals. I spent two nights in surfers paradise. Two too long!! It was the complete opposite to Byron Bay, extremely commercial and filled wth massive sky scrapers.
