Ruth Hey Rach! Went onto your journal immediately after talking to you on the phone. Predictably as soon as i got off the phone to you, mama arrived home... i passed on your messages to her and she has ordered me to tell you to take at least one fresh slice of ginger dipped in honey untill your flu is sorted out. tis the new miracle medicen for all illnesses according to her. Ben, mama and i looked through your photos- they look amazing! im so envious. Everything is so green and alive! Here the grass has died and everything has been burnt from the sun 2 weeks ago... You look and sounded as if youre having a great time! Thanks for all the advice on hills etc. Shall muse more and update you on what i decide upon.
