I've got crabs.
Seen today: a million marine iguanas at Espinosa Point, as well as loads of sea lions and cubs, crabs, lizards. Saw two sea turtles mating at sea (the male just looked like he was holding on for dear life). Actually, the iguanas were pretty rapey - they blokes would just attack the chicks and it was only a matter of whether they were fleet enough to get away. At one point a bloke had pinned a female and then another came along to either contest or make a threesome of it. The chick ultimately managed to escape the squash, but then it turned out the second man in was all jackal and kept rooting the first bloke iguana. Jeesus.
Swam with today: 17 sea turtles, cormorant, penguins.
