So yeah, our driver picked us up from The Melia at Nusa Dua right on time. We had slept in and had a late brekky and packed up and off we went. The five days had flown by. I had done so much swimming and playing and walking. I had seen so much and learnt a lot. And relaxed a lot.
As we drove towards Kuta it got busier and busier again. Again I sang songs and giggled at the things I saw.
When we arrived at Rama Beach it felt like our home away from home. I swam for two hours. It is so nice. Like a hidden, relaxed home far enough from Kuta to be a bit relaxed but close enough to walk. The beach is very mellow. It has lots of locals swimming and good local food in the beach huts. You can play on the boats that are up on the beach. The planes come in through the afternoon sun and land at one end of the view. When you look the other way you see the length of Kuta beach up to Legian and Seminyak. We love hanging out there late in the afternoon to watch the sunset and the scene change to nighttime. The colors chance and it is a totally different show every night.
Anyway, at 2pm they told us our room was ready and we were upgraded to a Private Villa Suite. It has a private pool and is very spacious. The bathroom is massive with a big spa bath and even a TV. The living room is big too and has a big new TV with lots of channels.
We spent the arvo in our villa. I swam a bit, watched TV, and played with stuff in the garden. It was great because we could all do our own thing and still keep an eye on each other.
We went for a walk to try something new for dinner. There was a place just up the beach with a band. We ate hamburgers and chippies, and Mummy and PT danced with me. I fell asleep in Mummy's arms and we got home early for a big sleep in our beautiful private home.
