Alls well in Brissie, just had a lovely dinner with Sondawg - Thai salad, fresh whiting and couscous. Ricki, your mum loves her painting, she can see it over her newly arranged bed. She thanksyou so much for it. She also shed a tear reading your Chrissie card - you must have really bunged it on! How's your toe going, hope you are changing the dressing regularly; dont want to catch any nasty cambodian germs! By the way, are you in Cambodia. Please drop me a line to let me know how you are travelling. Sondawg says to Rikki, keep your gums healthy (flossing etc) and dont forget to eat your vegies/pop your bvitamins LOL. XX The 2 mums

Prue Bear, Hey Darlin, Told you I'd check out your blog. It's plain for all to see that you n Rikki are having the absolute time of your life. Makes me very proud of you to see what a difference you are making in the lives of those kids, the looks on thier faces says it all!You never cease to astound me, what you have already achieved in your life at the 'old age' of 20 is just amazing!
Damien & I are having a ball in our travels, since Nov 22 we have visited Bangkok, Laos, Phuket, Koh Samui. We are currently in Phnom Penh, Cambodia staying with our friend Megan, Di & Tim & the kids have been here too, having so much fun. This morning they've gone to the temples at Siem Reap for three nights then they are back to stay with us at Megans for one more night this week before we head off for our last 5 nights in Vietnam.
Flick me an email if you have got a sec, love to hear from you.
I hope that you continue to have an amazing time. Take good care of yourself & beware the mushrooms that your Mum warned you about ;)
Stay safe, lotsa luv, Carol xx

Hi darling,
So good to talk to you tonight and knowing that you are well and having a ball. I love your description of the village, the houses, shops and village life. I can see the two of you scooting around on a pink vesper. Do you wear a helmet?
Tonight we are at Staffs. Its Jeffs bday on Tuesday (world aids day) and steff has prepared a huge indian feast. She's decorated the deck with gorgeous saris (from Lennna) and candles. The place looks amazing. Steff cooked?? an icecream cake made from vanila icecream with cherry ripe and raspberries, then a layer of double choc icecream with dark choc toblerone and flake. I am feeling very full! Leonine and Gerry, Rob minus Anette and d*** and Glenys are hear. Good conversation, peperjack red, and good food. Ready to get some shut eye.
Going into work tomorrow - meeting Anne there to make some progress on TT. What a bore!! Very humid tonight - Phil's making tracks, giving me the signal to get moving. XX to both from Mum and the pups.

Hi darling,
Love your blog. It sounds like the trip is living up to and beyond your expectations which is terrific. Although the dish you prepared with ONLY 3 chillies still would be a bit much for my tender bottom.
The host family you are staying with sound great and I hope the dogs are helping to fill the Penny and Wes void. Love to see some photo's of the house!
Looking forward to the next blog.
Lots of Love, ......Dad

Hey gorgeous gals,
Love reading your blogs and knowing that you are safe and well...sounds like the adventure is living up to your dreams!!
Had dinner at Erils last night. Caught up with some of her friends and Martin and Fi. They leave next week and are very excited. Hoping to catch up with you guys in Phuket. Only 3 weeks till we leave. Am having a get together next weekend to officially organise our itinerary and books som accom in Phuket. Getting a bit excited, but still working my bum off. So looking forward to finishing the year at Corinda and having a rest.
Are you getting my messages?? I note you want me to send you a copy of your detailed itinerary. Do you mean my trip or the copy you left me of your trip?? Also got a solicitors letter saying pay your bill for parking ticket in 3 days or else!! Will organise that tomorrow. Puppies are well although i think Penny is starting to miss your presence. She was really moping around today and spent alot of time hanging around my feet. When i had a bath tonight, she layed on the bath mat for hours. Poor puppy, she misses her Prue (like we all do). Time to have some dinner, phil has cooked some spag bol - not as exciting as the gorgeous meals you guys are eating, but good hangover food. Keep writing, your blog reads really well and your grammar and sentence structure is SO GOOD. When did you mature as a writer??
Lots of love hugs and Penny and Wes kisses to our baby girl.

Good morning babies, glad to hear you've arrived safely at your homestay. Gotta write and let us all know what the GO is. Same family? Bedroom etc.. Last night had a big Brissie storm. Lotsa rain and wind. Garden looks very fresh this morning - v hot yesterday 42 and muggy!! Today I'm home to lunch working on the bloody timetable, starting to make some real progress there. Tonight going on a river cruise with the Yr 12s. They graduate on Friday, last day of school - remember your last day of school?
Penny got into the bird seed yesterday and had these horrific (YUK!!!) poos all through the garage. They were like mounds of greeny, slimy and smelly seed. She stands on her tippy toes and eats the seed out of the bird feeder. What a little b*****. Have to train her not to do it. Seriously thgough, i cant believe she's fit all that seed in her little belly, she must have had a huge tummy ache. Anyways, love getting your blogs, first thing we do in the morning is check the gos. XX to both Mum

Hey gorgeous babies, love reading your blogs. Sounds like an adventure already. Got home late tonight at 7:00pm. Puppies were at the gate waiting for at least one their love ones to get home. Wes went straight to the pantry to the food box. Penny ran around my legs looking for you. Will be hard for them to get used to you not popping home during the day. Love the photo of your tummy! Was that before or after you had a poo at Taipai??
Bet youre looking forward to getting on the train and finally arriving at your destination. Hope you are both together at the same house and have the opportunity to have lots of catch up sleep over the first day or so.
Work was cool today. Everyone was very nice and lots of lovely things said to me...people surprise you!
Just about to get some shut eye myself. Enjoy your train ride. Cant wait to see some more photos. Sleep tight XXto Ricki Mum and Phil
