Hello Porter Daughter,
Need more photos! Wossamatta? Is Attunga a dump??? Or too busy sexing the chooks/bumping off the 1 day old male chicks??? Good luck with the chicken farm anyway - bet you turn veggie after that experience!

Hi darls, sorry for the lack of blogging at the moment... job hunting is proving a problem and I'm just keeping my head down and focusing on my plans... but I am still loving Australia and the sun is shining so that's a plus.
Hope everything is great with all of you back home, miss you lots, heaps of love

Hello God daughter - good to see the photos and realise that you are not suffering in that beautiful blue scape! I shall look forward to following your travels. For those of us who do not know your friends you had better introduce us to them. Who is Shannon and who is the lazy bloke? Are you planning to work in Oz or is this travel for pleasure? Lex and Ed both did Oz but T and I have yet to visit. I shall take advice on where to go from you as and when. My friends the Chalkers went and hated being sprayed for bugs as they landed. In fact, they were not that taken with the place but they had come from NZ so vision a little tainted I suspect. When you say cold - take heart. It's May and still only made 9 degrees so far. It had better warm up for my Blenheim Cancer walk. Pray anyway that it does not rain. Lexie, Lisa, Doreen B-C, Carol Liles and I are joining Rebecca and Georgina Mills so they should hear us coming anyway. Mind you, without your Ma, we could be a little under represented!
Had lovely time with your Ma at the weekend. We were allowed to sit together at dinner on Friday night and entertained those lucky enough to be sitting near us! We (the whole party) were asked to quieten down and go to bed by the hotel owner just before midnight (now I wonder whose voice carried the most!). On Saturday, when you phoned, your ma and I were doing our usual quiet (uh?) shoppette in a sleepy, beautiful town in the Cotswolds. A touch of the hat trying, shrieking and buying tea-towels with dogs on just shows how very sad we are. Anyway, mother is now bearing up admirably and getting busy with work and gatherings so that is good.
Will check you blog regularly. Hope it's ok to waffle on like this. Tell me if I take up too much space!
All love
Liz
I expect you will be a bit homesick for the first few months. When I went to Belgium (hardly the other side of the world) to live, I howled every morning for 3 months and I didn't even like my home and parents!! After 3 months it was great.
Shanno Thankyou Jetstar!
