Hi all!
Sorry for confusing post - have updated now and hopefully makes sense.
Hotel is nice - good room, comfy bed and a 'pillow menu' to choose from!
Up early as basically went to bed at 9pm local time as wiped out. Gorgeous day, more humid than we had expected. Walked 6 blocks to near the waterfront and had breakfast in a crumpet shop! Massive crumpets with different toppings to choose from and tea - Irish breakfast for me and a Chai for David. Yummy! Had a wander round Pike Place Market and then down to Seattle Aquarium. From here a walk along the waterfront to Pioneer Square, the oldest part of the city, then back to the market.
After hanging around for a while and it still only 6pm (thoguh feeling like it should be 10) we wandered back to the hotel for some rest and a cool down. Neither of us hungry - too hot I think! However, many places we could go for a bite nearby, a whisky bar for David and Jazz Alley within walking distance too.
David's moaning at me that I talk/write too much so I'll say bye and let him write tomorrow after a day at the Seattle Centre, Space Needle and Seattle's best burgers (apparently). Bye for now
