Ok so.............................Japan has been an experience to say the least...definately not what we expected but we got through it with one trip to the hard rock cafe, one to starbucks, one to disneyland and finally one to macdonalds all in search of something slightly familiar!!!! Just to warn anyone coming this way the legal drinking age is 21 so good luck getting pissed when you get here and fall into a horrible depression its not going to happen!!!! But ...

Ok.............this is our first journal entry. We havent left yet...we are still trying to pack at the moment but are having problems with this whole travelling light situation!!! Anyway hope every enjoys reading about me and ems trying to get around the world together....picking up piper on the way obviously......but anyway better go and get packing!! Next time you hear from us we will have hopefully made it to Tokyo............
