So, Sydney isn't the place for me. Sydney central that is. Once we abandoned ship and headed out the edge and came across Coogee we knew we had hit a jack pot! After a rather traumatic woofing experience which was a bit like a John Wayne film gone wrong + a chicken the beach with its incredible white sand was definitely what the doctor ordered!
The hostel we checked into and am currently still in is brilliant! Once your over the cockroaches and sand literally everywhere in places where you think sand couldn't possibly go then you'll love it!
The atmosphere in the YHA hostel in Sydney was rubbish no one spoke to you or made any effort to acknowledge you where even there, so when welcomed with open arms by Surfside we knew we had a winner here.
In Surfside I have had an incredible time meeting a whole range of people and even making some pretty awesome friends who I look forward to keeping up with an hearing all of their travel antics!
Yesterday we went up on a tour guide to the blue mountains! If your in Oz and get the opportunity to go I couldn't recommend ANYTHING more! Take it, I promise you the views and the experience you'll have will be something you won't ever forget!
Well, I think I have rambled on enough and brought you all back up to date with my shenanigans :)
Off to bondi Sunday to move into an apartment for a couple of weeks as the price of hostels everywhere over Christmas is CRAZY!!
