Well decided to go and look at the Anglican and Catholic Cathedrals in Liverpool. The Anglican is the largest in the world, the stained glass windows the tallest, and the bells the heaviest. Took 74 years to build. The graveyard is actually down a slope below the cathedral. The path is lined throughout with old gravestones, the oldest could find was 1840 had quite an eerie feel to it. The Catholic Cathdedral nicknamed paddys wigwam because of the shape of the roof is circular and can seat 2500 the altar in the middle. Reminded me of a mosque though. In the crypt, which was used as the original cathedral before war and
Monies ran out is spectacular, the ceilings are arched like inside the Cavern and even has a rolling stone. A million pounds and 5 years to build the new cathedral .
