A lady in the bathroom told me WA stands for Windy Always. I am starting to think she was right! However today is not as windy as yesterday.
We set the alarm (haven't done that for a while) so we could get to Monkey Mia for the first dolphin feeding session. There were around 100 people standing in the water for the dolphin feeding and they pick about 4 people to feed the dolphins. There are 3 feeding sessions a day. We were very lucky because Pippy got chosen for the first session and Rowena got chosen for the second. (Afterwards it cost us a small fortune in the gift shop to console Benjie!) Both girls were very excited and it was a great way to start the day. After wandering around the resort at Monkey Mia we set off for the Ocean Park Aquarium where we saw sharks being fed and learnt a lot about all sorts of marine life.
Then we set off for Francois Peron national park for some 4wd tracks and some more fishing (I think our luck has run out). Back to camp via a thermal hot tub that was up around 40 degrees.
We then met up with the Killara family for a BBQ dinner.
Geoff is in total denial about us having to start to head east sooner rather than later.
