Hi Piers, got Ofsted at school tomorrow so last night I unboxed the laminator I bought 12-18 months ago and had a pile of sheets to laminate, put the first sheet in and perfect job, put the second sheet in and it never came out!!!! Looked on the box and saw "MADE IN CHINA" -so tell Matt he's right it literally lasted 5 mins, if you don't count the 18 months it sat in the box. Think it's past it's guarantee date too. Expensive machine. Well 2 more weeks of GCSE's and then your home, time flies. Must be strange as I'm sure you'll miss the acadamy but at the same time must be feeling excited about Peru. Hey Buddy, just finished my last exam and i've got to say, it feels good, 2 and a 1/2 weeks of no lectures and some extreme partying to come, including a 4 day trip to newquay with the uni. Its good 2 know that while i was working hard for my exams (surprising I know) that you were living it up in the sun! Hope you're still alive and well. Hi finally got email / internet back up and running today having changed provider so back on line. We all went to Worcester on Sunday to see George. As graham said he's like his Dad with Adam's hair colouring and mouth. 5 days old and adorable, happy chappy. Didn't get to meet up with Andrea in the end as long story but basically Innez lost (or stolen) her passport, mobile and other bits from her handbag in a london club on Saturday night with various repercussions. So the "Ice bar " will have to wait until July! Had a long chat though. Got a week off work as half-term and we're promised sunshine by the end of the week- 24C by saturday-at long last and just in time to go back to work!! Well it's very late so I'm off upstairs-you'll be getting up now. Take care both. Let me know if you need me to sort anything out for when you get back on 18th, lol x

Graham, thanks a lot for the offer, but I dont think that Ill have the time or the money to visit this year. It will definitely be on my list of to do's during the next couple of years though!

And also happy birthday to Revvy and Sacha, I know its not today but better late than never eh?

For those who are interested, I return to the UK on the 18th of June at about 1515 so it would be great to meet up at some point with everyone when I come back. If anyone reading this does want to get together at some point before I go away again on the 21st, it might be an idea to leave a message here or send me an email so that I dont have to try and arrange it all once ive returned!

HI piers, just been reading thru with interest, you may or may not know but amy has had a baby boy, george adam , he is a big 9lb , looks just like his dad , phil & julie are very thrilled , as are we , ITS a bit of an emotional time as you will under stand.
How long untill you come home ? , if you want to make a detour to NZ, YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME HERE , THE SKING SEASON IS STARTING UP, TEMPTED?.
I have just got back from the girl's horse rideing lesson , while there found out that an (asian chap) was going to kill & eate some of the residant chickens , so we came home with four , who are now happly runing around the garden, SO NO FWYD SHIKEN ,a******. keep safe and well kidder WITH LOVE XX
