Hey everybody!

Has taken me a bit longer than I thought to get going on this, so when I have some time will go back and update on earlier parts of the trip (actually will probably wrap it all up here). Can´t believe I´ve been gone 3 weeks already and well work seems like a very very distant memory.

The week in the Algarve was great and I am now 30! Can´t say I feel any different, apart from those late night 4am parties and drinking really do take their toll!! There haven´t been many and I´ve been very well behaved. Thanks Saira for being so great.

From there took the overnight train from Lisbon to Madrid which was fun.. and then spent a few days exploring Madrid. Madrid was a great place, but I was still finding my feet so probably didn´t put as much into it as I probably should have. Haven´t been overly organised wtih booking trains, which is turning to be a bit of a hassle.

Then to Valencia, but because of the grand prix could only find accommodation for one night which was a real pity as I had a good feeling about that place, so guess that means I just have to head back there sometime.

So, then I went to spend a few days with dear old Vix and John. Had only intended going for the day but ended up staying 3, well you know how it is. We had a ball and was good to have some company again after a few days on my own. I really will have to start making more effort.

And then yesterday, because of my disorganisation ended up having to take the bus from Alicante to Barcelona as all trains were full so that was a bit of a journey, 7 or 8 hours, but I guess that all adds to the adventure.

Sorry this isn´t more exciting and can´t seem to upload pictures where I am at at the moment, but they will come and I´ll come back and edit this.....
