hi, i have to say we did feel the earth move with our mini earthquake, the noise before woke us up then it started shaking which we concluded was a little odd then we promptly both fell asleep again so not that good in a crisis apparantly! lil chris got all panacky and phoned mark to say he thought he had poltergeists, bless!! we have a new member of staff, he is a teetotal non smoker which is a first for the ch, worth a try i guess, so far so good but only time will tell. no kate this year but she is looking for polish friends to send us. word is getting round about the open mic night now which is fun, we will have to have one while you are back as i seem to have video evidence of you being a bit partial to the limelight. my car has died a horrible death so i am trapped in wells, this is making me even more crazy than usual and am craving adventure such as a trip to fakenham! of dear, how sad! best console myself with a bit of fizzy.....have fun L xxxxx

Have just been trying to catch up on some of your back vids . . for some reason I keep getting sound but no pictures .will try again!Did manage to watch Christmas vid which I had missed . The begining had wheres wally moments . thought the two fingers in front of blurry light backdrop was very oasis album cover. talk soon Pxxx

Hi Phil.

I have finished work and at the moment am unemployed! I have been loving it so far, although it has only been 2 days and we had the children for both of them! I get paid today for the last week which is a bonus!

I have a confession to make.. i did not feel the earth move in Wiveton!! I was awake at 12.30am.. and must have completely sparked out by 1am. Neither of us felt it, knew nothing til i heard it on the today program the next morning! I am so upset!!!

Anyway good luck with making the earth move yourself!! I am off to do my posting, collect my wages and try to see my mother as i missed it yesterday!!

hi phil, we made it through half term week with no staff as usual! christine has gone away on holiday with brenda as half term over and we had one of the busiest weekends of the year so far, Typical! i think the only way to make money is clearly to have no staff at all and be totally unprepared and it works like a dream.... had another private party last sun afternoon, it was for christines birthday and the rainmen played for free. it was a lot of fun except we made the mistake of the indian afterwards and lil c got very drunk and rude and had to be taken home. he has been sent to grimsby as his punishment! the boys have sold the funeral business. mark will still work for the new owners but should be here more now. i am going to attempt to set up a web page for my pictures as they seen to be well received so far. i have a computer book for idiots and i don't even understand the index so i might not be up and running for a while. pete has quit the chippie as the business is going well and he doesnt get time to keep up doing both. not much gossip at the mo but you will be first to know if anything happens! good luck with the love thing, there is someone out there for you im sure. xxxx

I didn't do much for mine, just family stuff.
missing you mate. I've been reading your blogs avidly. It all sounds
good out there, barring the relationship part. If it makes you feel any
better, i'm still single too, after all the s*** hit the fan with
Catherine at the start of last year. Its doing my head in too and I thought
you explained the whole travelling malarky in that context really well
in your last blog.

Anyway, I am off on my 2nd teaching placement this Saturday, Its in
Pembroke High School in south wales. Happy days can't wait (lol).

Happy Birthday Phil! Hope you got the card ok, we were thinking of you. Just watched the birthday video. That cake looked amazing! How it stood up to be eaten out of cups with chopsticks, I don't know. Been having a lazy weekend here, Suki and Lucy came up but have now gone. Andy is off on leave next week and I have to give a presentation in Leeds! Off to see the Delays in Cambridge soon which should be brilliant. They're playing at a Firkin pub so a pretty small venue. Do you get to see many/any bands out there?
