Our journey came to an end yesterday evening as we arrived back in Kutztown on the Bieber bus. We hope you enjoyed the blog and the pictures.

On our way west, toward home, we stopped here in Berlin and crossed through the Brandenburg Gate and Check Point Charlie. We posted some photos in a new album called "Tear down the Wall! ...".

In Prague, we saw a black light theater show called "Aspects of Alice". The theater is just down the street from Johannes Kepler's house, and not too far from the grave of Tycho Brahe. We also visited Prague's famous astronomical clock. We traveled about an hour away from the city to the town on Kunta Hora, where we visited the Kostnice Ossuary which houses thousands of human skulls and bones. We posted some pictures in a new album.

After the conference's closing ceremonies this afternoon, we hiked to a cable car that took us up more than a mile in altitude into the Tatras Mountains to the Skalnate Plaso Observatory. We posted some photos from the observatory and the journey there.

Phill's talk went well. There were lots of well known astronomers in attendance. We posted a few pictures in a new album.
