Well...i have made it safely to Bangkok after a great flight ,although did stupidly watch 'Snakes on a Plane' halfway through (not a great nights sleep). Meet two very nice Norwiegn (spelling?) girls on the flight and may see them again in Brisbane but who knows.

Currently i am writing this from a 5 star hotel in the center of the city and feeling very grand, the accomadation a can only get worse. So far the food, people and shopping have been great and cant wait to see the rest of the country. Got Jen and Mum a wee pressie in town today, but i better not say what it is, and then took the sky train back to the hotel.

My time is running out on the computor so better say goodbye but hopefully i'll update this some time soon. Philip x
