Hi everyone Sorry that this card is so late,but you know what the post is like.No postcard of Canberra available at the moment,but we have certainly seen a few road trains in our travels. Canberra is a lovely city,but in a very different way to Melbourne or Sydney.Have been soaking up some culture here,visiting museums,the Parliament Building and War Memorial,which was quite a moving experience.The Parliament Building is very impressive,and so it should be for the money that it must have cost to build it!We had a tour of the inside of it which was very interesting.Went up onto the roof which had great views around the Capital,also had the greenest grass which we have seen since we have been in Australia!We are heading back towards Melbourne when we leave here,but not via the coast this time.Will be staying at Albury/Wodonga,Lake Mulwala and Echuca for that Paddle Steamer cruise that we have been looking forward to. Hope that everyone is OK back in the UK,bet you are all looking forward to Spring and some warmer weather. Love from Penny and Peter
