Hi, it's the Peterson Family!
We just arrived in Windhoek, Namibia last night! We flew from Melbourne to Sydney then Sydney to Johannesburg and Johannesburg to Windhoek! So there was around 24 hours of traveling! Karyn and Jess slept for around 9 hours whereas Bruce, Aly and Lachie slept 4! We're now eating breakfast at the Uhland Guest House. We are enjoying a combination of toast, cereal, fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs etc. Today we are picking up our four wheel drive and driving to a place called Africats-a leopard and cheetah conservation centre where the big cats roam around in the wild but are still in a confined area so they are protected! It takes about 2 hours to get there. The weather in Namibia is about 27 degrees and sunny! So far we are enjoying ourselves immensely! We will hopefully post about the rest of our day when we get wi-fi next! (It might even be a few days!) Hope you are having fun!
