Pics of New Zeland and Australia (to date) are now uploaded.

Since leaving South America at the beginning of January, I traveled to New Zealand where I spent six weeks traveling around the north and the south island. It was a non-stop tour so we pretty much got to see the whole of New Zealand in that time, even if it only meant spending one or two days in a particular location.

We traveled NZ on an organised tour with Kiwi Experience. Having traveled round South America by ourselves, having to organise our own transport and itinerary, it was good to be on an organised tour where the driver told you where you were going, what you were doing when you got there, and general information on the country.

As you will see from the pics, I got up to loads of activities in New Zealand. There really is loads to do there and it was a pretty hectic six weeks. The country definitely has some of the best natural sights I have ever seen and the whole time I spent there was loads of fun.

After six weeks in NZ we were meant to travel to Fiji on 10th February for ten days. However a couple of days before we were due to leave we found out that a cyclone had just hit the area and there was heavy rainfall. We decided there was little point in going if it was just going to rain all the time, because all we wanted to do is spend some time on the beach. Therefore we decided to miss out Fiji anf head to Australia 10 days early.

We flew into Melbourne and spent 10 days there. In that time we hired a camper van and spent four days touring the great Ocean Road where we saw amongst other things the 12 apostles. From Melbourne we drove the camper van up to Sydney which is where you can currently find me.
