Penang is rather a misfit of everything. So many different cultures and nationalities - indian, chinese, malay. The fact that they all live in perfect harmony with one another should show the rest of us a thing or too. We spent a few days seeing the sights.......temples, markets, buildings etc. We went on a trishaw which was abit of an experience. The roads here are like a death trap.....mopeds everywhere. The shopping malls here are almost as mad as singapore. So big....you honestly can get lost. Spend days shopping if you really want too and have the money. Next stop Perhentian Islands.......
