This is the Wednesday morning market in St Remy. It is up and running at 7.30am. It is huge. We are positioned on a corner and there are stalls everyday you turn and down all adjacent side streets. Josette has told us to be wary and ensure you are buying Provencale made and not China made. Have just spent an hour on a quick reconnoiter. Have been told that we can come back another 3 times.

Have gone out for dinner and have found a market. Will be a while before we eat!!

Today has been quite an excursion. We headed off about 8.15 to drive 50K to Prende-les-Fontaine, which was to have been 18K from the base of Mont Ventoux. We caught the morning peak hour and the GPS was giving incorrect turning instructions. It was a tense drive. We eventually got to Prende. It was full of narrow streets.
